Pressure Canning Workshops (this class not recommended for beginners)

These are great classes for foodies who want to expand their canning/preservation expertise. Everyone will leave with a jar of something delicious. Please, wear a closed-toe shoe/sneaker (no sandals or high heels), bring an apron and a hair tie-back.
